The owners were super friendly and easy to work with. They had a ton of fun props in great condition. We had them save a copy of each photo to create a photo book with which we love!!!! So so glad we chose to have a photo booth at our wedding!!!!

It was very easy to contact and set up my plans with them. They showed up on time and got set up quickly. The only down fall is they seemed to lack excitement and enthusiasm. I rarely saw either attendant smile. When people came up to the booth they didn't give any direction or even really say ANYTHING! Even to me as the bride! One attendant seemed to be on her phone most of the time. They have awesome props with a large variety of signs. Unfortunately the writing on the signs is gold so it doesn't show up in a lot of the pictures. When they were done they just left my scrapbook pages out in the elements on a table, when there were plenty of people around they could've mentioned it to. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the high cost and low quality of service. And that means a lot since I am VERY low maintenance and this was an informal reception that followed an elopement. I could only imagine if this was what I got on my "big day"!

I am so sorry our services were not at your expectations. We have serviced multiple formal events and have never had an issue. We have been called back to multiple events. We strive in great customer services. I noticed at your event I did not see you until the very end. We helped your guests out when they needed. We showed them how to operate when needed. Even pressed start for them if they had their poses ready. I did notice she was on her phone most of the event and I have addressed the issue. In regards to your photo album pages. I personally went up to you after the event and asked you what you wanted me to do with them because I didn't want them to just sit there. You said that they were fine where they were. I said are you sure? And you responded with yes. I don't ever leave the scrapbook sitting but at your event that is what you instructed me to do. I know we set up and opened the booth early. We also stayed later to make sure that all your guests that wanted their pictures got them. Sorry again that it was not to your expectations.

We have them fill out our contract and pay our security deposit! It secures their date then we discuss on what they want us to do!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoyed having a photobooth at my wedding and wanted to let others have the same opportunity!
