- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
[Discount] For any returning clients (meaning I’ve done your makeup before) will receive $5 off of their service! [Discount] If you refer someone to me, you and the referred will receive $5 off of your service! [Notice] If you are coming to me and you do not show you will owe 50% of what the service would have costed originally. Cancellations communicated within 24+ hours of the service will not owe the 50%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each service session is customized to the individual I’m working with. I really want to understand your vision and what you’re used to. It’s important for me to get a feel of what you’re comfortable with so that I can make you feel comfortable and beautiful! I want to enhance the beauty you already have :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended and completed Cosmetology school. During this time I enrolled in the Illinois State Skills USA competition for Esthetics; which is a skincare and makeup artistry competition! At the State competition I won first place and was able to continue onto the National competition where I obtained 4th place!
