- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically tax return preparation fees range from $150 - $500 depending on the type of return and nature of service. Mobile notary fees range from $50 to $200 depending on the number and type of signing/notary service performed from Wills/Trusts to loan packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an initial consultation over the phone to get an idea of the services required. Call backs are generally between 2 and 12 hrs of notification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laney has been a CPA for over 20 years, has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Villanova University, and has been in business since 2005. She also has an MBA in Finance from Temple University. Additionally, She is licensed as a CPA and Certified Notary Signing Agent in PA and New Jersey. She is a member of the AICPA, PICPA, National Notary Association and the PA Association of Notaries.
