- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on construction cost. This is given to the client as a proposal with the entire fee (rather than hourly fee) as well as a description of the services that are provided. The client knows up front what the overall fee will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is an explanation of the project. It's to assess the Client's needs, municipality restrictions, budget as well as personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree of Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology followed by many years of running an architecture firm.
