Utah Radon Services called me within 1-2 hours after my request had been placed on Thumbtack, they were able to give me a price over the phone based on some information about my home, and they got me scheduled for the very next day to have the work done. They seem like a really solid company who does lots of radon mitigation systems in Utah, they seemed to know what they were doing and answered all my questions. The whole thing was really easy to get done and I'm happy with the outcome.

Utah Radon Services reached out same day, put together a quote over the phone, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and showed up promptly when they said they would. Their guaranteed radon level and warrantees were the best of all the quotes I received and the fan noise is hardly noticeable. The project manager made sure everything was in order and the installation team was courteous and professional. From first contact to job completed was just two days! Utah Radon Services came out seemingly last minute after we discovered the home we purchased had higher than normal radon levels. After having finished our basement, there was very little available space (at least what appeared to be very little space to us) to place the mitigation system but the technicians did a fantastic job of hiding it away in the corner of our basement guest room closet.The system itself is whisper quiet, the fan is placed on the exterior of the house so it's never heard, and within 8 hours of installing the system our real-time digital radon reading had already shown the levels to drop in half.The staff was incredibly punctual, professional, and up-front with their pricing so we weren't blindsided by pricing or what would be involved in the process.Overall, the initial phone call took a few minutes and the technicians came by two days later right on time and had the system installed in only a couple hours. We'd easily recommend this company if we purchase another home that shows to require radon mitigation.

Our prices are upfront, there are no additional fees or surprises. All radon companies are priced similarly, so we use the quality of our work and our radon systems to distinguish us. We are the largest and highest rated radon company in Utah for testing and mitigation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The home gets tested for radon (we will provide a free test if they request it), and if the home tests high we provide a fast, free and informative bid for fixing the problem. We can then schedule on of our experienced and professional teams to go to the home and install the solution.

Utah Licensed, Insured, AARST-NRPP Certified Testing and Mitigation.
