Introduction: We use a low moisture, all natural method of carpet and upholstery cleaning. We use a carbonated solution to lift dirt and grim. We use a fraction of the water as opposed to steam cleaning. We are children- and pet-friendly. No steam or sticky cleaner is used, only our eco-friendly solution with low water usage. You get a drier, healthier, and cleaner service that takes on average only a hour to complete the service. We also offer deodorizer and carpet protectants for a low price.

I highly recommend Cassel's Carpet Services for anyone in demand. Not only was he about 20% lower then all my other quotes, but he is very clean and professional. Most carpet cleaning Companies I have worked with in the past.. the people looks a little sketchy. I live alone so when you have a stranger come into your home, you need to feel comfortable. Also, the carpet machine that he uses didn't require all the long cords running through the hallway. My carpets dried very quickly and NO stains were left behind. (I have a 6 month puppy, so there were a lot!!) I will definitely be a returning customer for Cassel's Carpets!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a pricing of 89.99 for the first 500 sq feer and $.30 per sq foot after that. upholstery is $7 a foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first give a free in home estimate. We visually inspect deep ground in stains and decide the best approach. We do not charge any hidden fees. What you get estimated is what is charged.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started work for Chem Dry back in 2014, and decided to open my own and bring eco friendly carpet cleaning to my customers.
