- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a non-refundable $50 retainer fee for all services and to secure your spot in my calendar. All pricing varies depending on your needs of either event, wedding or lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what my client is wanting for her look, and I plan out color schemes and ideas at the drop of a hat. I usually talk about what i’m doing during an application but only if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
training with my past job at MAC and also a current manager at bare minerals keeps me in the loop all things beauty.
