Chad has been my personal trainer for a year now, and the progress we have made together have impressed me. Ive dropped 50lbs, dropped my body fat by almost 15%, and my strength has dramatically increased. Chad is a great motivator and always pushed me to my max potential. In the beginning, there were a lot of exercises I wasnt familiar with, or were uncomfortable with, but he always made sure I knew how to do them and knew proper form. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to exercise science, and is always willing to answer any questions I have. When I first signed up for personal training, I couldnt have imagined I would have progressed as much as i have in the past year. I'm definitely grateful and lucky to have Chad as a trainer, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Chad has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years now. I was very embarrassed about the weight I had gained and how out of shape I had become. As a stay at home mom to 2 boys and a recent breast cancer survivor, my goals were to shed the weight and get in stronger and healthier to keep up with my sons. Chad is very experienced and knowledgeable about fitness and the body. He met me where I was at and pushed me to be a little better every week. He is committed to helping me attain my fitness goals, equipping me and motivating me thru setbacks; pushing me to never quit! He genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see us succeed. Chad has ignited my passion for weight lifting and wellness once again and I am so grateful. I have lost 18” inches overall and 30 pounds. Chad helped educate me on making healthy choices and taught me about protein, fiber, low calorie, low fat, low sodium. I was able to lose 15 pounds in 2.5 months just by following his advice.

I have been training with Chad for 2 years and I have gotten so much stronger in that time. When I started I could barely do mountain climbers on sliders and now I can do burpee mountain climbers (not voluntarily, though lol). He is really good at finding what motivates you and reminding you of that when you’re struggling. I definitely recommend Chad as a trainer for anyone that just needs that extra push in their workouts!
