Daniel West Construction Services
About this pro
Daniel West Masonry & Construction Services has been VERY professional so far. I have tried several flooring installers and I’ve had trouble with each. They even recommended a place to look for our flooring called Floor & Decor. When we went shopping at this retailer, we were extremely impressed with the quality of the wood-look tile and engineered hardwood. You cannot get that type of quality at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Floor & Decor blows them out of the water with the thickness of their flooring. There is literally no bad option there, and they have very low prices that impressed us! I have not yet used them to lay the flooring down yet, but I have so much faith in them that I know they’ll do a wonderful job as they know what they’re talking about, and through other reviews I’ve read they do a wonderful job. This is how much confidence I have in this company. I would highly recommend using them for your next flooring project, and as a bonus they are very affordable!Oct 19, 2017Verified
The carpet installers that Daniel sent to install new carpet in my basement were professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Because of the low grade carpet I had ordered for the project, the guys had a difficult time with carpet shedding and never complained once. They did a terrific job and I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone who needs remodeling projects completed around their home.Sep 20, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A typical project would begin with negotiations on a scope of work contract. On larger jobs a deposit would be made by the client to pay for materials needed, on smaller jobs no deposit would be required. Upon completion of the job and satisfaction the remainder of the contract would be owed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would advise any client to to hire a contractor that is honest, reliable and trustworthy. If not then you will have a contractor that cheats on the product, shows up three times a week at noon and leaves at two and steels your special belongings out of your house.
