Definitely not the “average” trainer! Luke is simply PHENOMENAL. He not only motivates you through strategic workout regimens, he provides nutritional plans that optimize your metabolic burn. I've lost 8 pounds in 2.5 weeks. Lastly... He's affordable!! Thanks Luke!

Great work outs that differ each time. The trainer is a great motivator. When I finish I feel like I've shed several pounds.
