Chastity is amazing, she was available last minute when another cleaning service on Thumbtack canceled 40 minutes before they were supposed to show. She did an entire home move-out clean and it was a lot of work, even cleaned all of the windows and appliances. Super kind & thorough with her work!

Chasity is a very nice lady super friendly but overall was disappointed with the service. We just moved in and needed a move in cleaning nothing major just wiping and sanitizing all touchable surfaces. When she arrived she showed up with who I’m assuming is her boyfriend? He really made the situation very uncomfortable and would spend most of the time smoking cigarettes on my balcony. She would ask him to clean something and then they would start arguing and he would Storm off to the balcony. After his 3rd cigarette he asked if it was ok to smoke out there. We had to clean up the cigarette butts off the ground. I’m not a smoker so the apartment had a very nice cigarette smell from when he would come Back in. I didn’t feel comfortable having him in the house and around my valuables so I would follow him around. He would very lazily wipe things with the same Clorox wipes that I had provided. The only reason I didn’t deny the service and ask them to leave was because I honestly felt like if I did he would abuse Chasity and like I said previously she’s a very nice and friendly Lady. If it was just her cleaning I’m sure more would have gotten done and we would have been very happy. I.e if you book with her make sure she doesn’t bring him or if she needs help cleaning make sure she brings an actual cleaner.

Chasity always does a thorough cleaning for my small apartment. The beds, blinds, above the window frame, baseboards, fan blades, tub / shower, toilet, sink, and kitchen. She comes prepared and very professional.
