- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every place is unique that is why we charge per house or per office and not per hour. We want to make sure that we wont run of our time before we would be totally satisfied with the job we will do for you. We are very detailed and fast.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that to invite someone to work in your home or office is special. That is why I always would come to your place to give you a Free estimate and to go over all details. I believe that trust is the most important thing. We will talk what you are expecting from us and we will make sure that you will be 100% satisfied with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are insured and bonded. Professional Organizer certificate, OSHA and Bio Hazard Certificates, Eco Green Certificate. Mold removal certified.
