Our 12-year-old daughter was having a very hard time with math after being moved from one math class to another, more advanced class. She had failed some tests and was feeling pretty hopeless about the subject. We brought her to Ilah for tutoring and after just a couple sessions she was understanding things much better and feeling more confident. And we're happy to say she got an A on her recent mid-term!
Not only does Ilah tutor to help kids understand what they're learning in school, but she teaches them how to think about numbers so that new concepts are easier to grasp. I highly recommend her.

Ilah tutored both my boys through their high school math, and when I went back to college, she tutored me through my college algebra and Geometry. Ilah is knowledgeable and patient. She explains math in a way that even someone, who has trouble with it, like me, can understand. She is very encouraging, moves at the student's pace, and makes the student feel like he can do it, even when the student may think he can't. I HIGHLY recommend her.
