Glauco and his team are great!!! We are 99% happy with the results. As moving into a 20 years old house, we wanted to remove all the dusty carpets upstair and on the stairway and replace to hardwood floor. Results are great and we are very happy to see and touch our brand new hardwood floor in our bedroom, hallways and stairways. Glauco and his team tried really hard to find the matching color to our existing floor in the living room. Glauco and Sebastian tried every available coating color possible and finally found it. It took a few more days but it definitely worth it. We put luxury vinyl plank in the laundry room and walkin closet and they look great too! They are very responsible and detailed. I and my family want to thank you guys again ! Hope our next project goes well again

Glauco responded to our request quickly and provided us with a comprehensive and reasonable quote for our SPC flooring throughout our first floor the same day. We already had selected our product from another company and Glauco did not try to push his company's samples. He was able to schedule his team to install the following week. He came on site and monitored the work daily. His team was extremely hard working with demolition of different tiles, carpet, moving all our furniture, and making sure the floor was level. We are so pleased with the new flooring and excellent installation. We highly recommend Glauco and his team they are a pleasure to work with throughout this process! We have already recommended him to a neighbor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on materials and volume of work needed to be done. Our pricing is determined by our experience and expertise in the flooring industry. We use a laser to measure the job. Then, we feed all of the measurements, along with the customers choice of flooring into the computer. We are not pulling out numbers out of thin air. We also do a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to hear about your floor project. We will bring the samples and go to you and give you the measurement and estimate. If we agreed on the pricing and terms, we will go ahead and set you up a date for the installation/refinishing. After the installation, we will come and walk you through to make sure everything meets your expectation! Craftsmanship Warranty for all our installations projects.
