Eco Flooring USA did an amazing job!! I had my carpet removed from my family room and the existing hardwood in other areas refinished. They also did a stair transformation with railings and spindles. Their prices were better than most companies that provided estimates and the job is beautiful! Even better, my job was completed DAYS ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Couldn’t have been happier to choose this company for my flooring project. From the initial inquiry for an estimate and throughout the project, Glauco and his team were considerate and professional in regards to the vision I wanted, answered all my questions and relieved any fears as we newly moved in. I had 2 different stains, carpeting removed, hardwood treads placed and original floors sanded and refinished. It was an arduous process but these guys are pros! Dust was minimal and items were protected, and most of all I’m so happy that we chose a company with a mission to protect the environment and conduct business in eco friendly ways.

Glauco is very helpful and very responsive for our flooring needs. He knows what we wanted and when he is not able to find exactly same kind of floor what we wanted, he gave better advise and we are happy with our new flooring done by Eco Flooring. Would recommend this company to everyone

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on materials and volume of work needed to be done. Our pricing is determined by our experience and expertise in the flooring industry. We use a laser to measure the job. Then, we feed all of the measurements, along with the customers choice of flooring into the computer. We are not pulling out numbers out of thin air. We also do a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to hear about your floor project. We will bring the samples and go to you and give you the measurement and estimate. If we agreed on the pricing and terms, we will go ahead and set you up a date for the installation/refinishing. After the installation, we will come and walk you through to make sure everything meets your expectation! Craftsmanship Warranty for all our installations projects.
