- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive given the high quality of our ingredients - local, organic fruit when available. And always, always organic sugars. Many of our pops are sweetened with honey or coconut sugar. We offer a loyalty program which allows frequent customers to earn free treats!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I try to understand the look and feel of the event, so Trysicles can add the best value. We often will decorate our area to reinforce the event theme. Once we agree to work together, we send over an event booking form to secure the date. Depending on the type of event and items being served, a small deposit will be required.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Trysicles has worked with individuals to provide pops for personal milestones like promotions, bridal showers and birthday parties. We also often work with churches, schools and community organizations for festivals, grand openings, movie nights and fundraisiers. We work as a partner with clients, and we aim to be more than just a product served, rather a feature of the event.
