Amber is amazing. I am terrible at remembering when service is due, and she is always on top of it. I can pick the time and day of my service every time. And on the rare occasion I've had to cancel or there has been a conflict, it has never been a problem to re-schedule the time or day. The quality of service is all on Amber.
If she takes this much care of me as a customer, then you should never let her go. You pay for service, and I've never received anything less than superior service.

We've been with Joe & Amber for 5 years. We haven't had any major concerns and if we do have the rogue mouse slip in, Joe always encourages us to call and have him out to set traps and pick up the caught mouse. Everyone we've come in contact with has been super friendly and helpful!
