- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on necessary materials needed, time frame, number of personnel needed to perform the shoot; a live event will facilitate more camera operators, editing & editing timeframe and more than 3 corrections after completion. output destinations, DVD, commercial TV, You Tube, Vimeo etc., each has a special codec to make your video crisp clean and yet fast to load on the internet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial connect from a text, Twitter, email, cell phone or Messenger. Next We set up a meeting (phone or one to one) and go over brainstorming together, business goals, content needed, time frame, theme, necessary materials and desired outcome / audience. From here is where price is determined & a quote is given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in video for over 25 years shooting hundreds of commercials, content for education, programming for youth, written 23 screenplays and produced 8 documentaries. I was trained for video by United Artists Cable once out of Chicago. I was trained digitally in Tampa and San Francisco by the Digital Creators Group based in L.A. My formal college training was in education with a masters degree from Concordia University Chicago in Education & Media.
