- What types of customers have you worked with?
I started working with out of state property owners back in early 2013. Since then I have been co-hosting with local people too.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent clients were a referral from a friend and they reside in Utah. After purchasing their place and getting some of the basics, they had to leave Florida. I have been having a blast getting the house ready, assembling outdoor furniture and shopping for decor. I happy to say, we just booked guests for 12 days and they are having a great time at the house.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customer's should think about how involved they want to be. I offer partial or complete service. From decor and design of a new listing, guest interaction, and turning the rental over to cleaning and restocking supplies, and everything in between.
