- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a basic price and a discount price for packages. Packages run in sets of three up to 18 sessions, and the discount increases with the amount of sessions per package, such that a three session packages offers $30 off and and 18 session package offers $450 off the total price. For people who cannot genuinely afford our prices, we are more than willing to work out a price that is fair. We maintain a very high standard for our practice and are more interested in working with clients who want to develop a long-term relationship with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have clients submit a form on our contact page that covers basic needs and expectations, such as where or not clients need accommodations like extra pillows, allergies to oils or specific scents, or preferences in music or level of pressure and technique. We love questions and feedback! We always want each client to get exactly what they need and always open for new suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionally licensed in North Carolina, Certified Medical Massage Therapist, and Professional Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, I graduated from Body Therapy Institute in 2008 with a Massage Therapy Diploma and sat for the NCBMBT State test in 2009.
