Introduction: No job too small! Mary has worked in residential construction as an operations manager for a number of years supervising as many as 5 subdivisions at a time, acted as General Contractor on our current home, flipped houses, ran a kitchen and bath remodel company, and has done extensive tile work including showers, just to name a bit. Todd has an audio engineering degree and has experience in electrical, plumbing, Audio Visual install, security system install and operation, home automation, landscape, general construction, and wood stove installation. Together we have recently completed a design build of our homestead in the Crossville, TN area and we are now available to offer some of our services for hire. If you want quality, professional, courtious service and the job done right the first time, contact us! We absolutely love seeing a project come together! Whether it is a design build of a new home, tiny home, homestead, animal shelters, or an RV set-up on raw land we enjoy construction in it's many forms! We also enjoy seeing the little projects complete, sometimes they make the biggest impact!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact we will meet with a customer to be sure that we have the details of the job and the expectations clearly noted. If the customer needs help in the planning and decision making process we can do that too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mary: Scheduling & Customer Service, Home Builders Association of NC Blue Print Reading, Accounting, Business, Wake Technical Community College O.T.J.T. through multiple national builders Todd: Audio Engineering, Full Sail College Information Technology, Regis University
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mary started construction because she loves it! Even as a small girl playing with Lincoln logs, wood and nails, Legos, anything she could build with Mary knew she wanted to build houses and make things beautiful! Todd has been on computers since the first PCs were made. He also played guitar at a young age and turned those two loves into an Audio Engineering degree and and has recently completed all of his IT classes with a 4.0! He enjoys working with home automation, surround sound, security systems, and has experience in corporate AV work.
