FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I usually have a price for each category, but every client is different so I prefer to set up a price or package according to their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually communicate with clients by email. The first step is to know the type of photos they want and the style they are looking for. Once those details have been established, I suggest a location and recommend clothing and decoration. I like to make feel my clients very comfortable and confident before the photo shoot, so I talk to them about everyday things, we walk around so they can meet the place where the photos will be taken. I always ask them if they have something in mind, like a pose or a favorite spot, this way the session can be easy for the client and me. During the session, I show few pictures to the client to see how they are looking and ask them if they want to repeat it or keep going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, a diploma in Digital Design and certificates in Digital Photography. In addition to my photography business, I am an Art Director for Cornell Lab Publishing Group, a branch of the Cornell Lab of Onithology.
