Baba ghannouj had cattered my sons graduation with a mix of greek. Mediterranean and american dishes. Try their chicken kebab and their beef roast and the gravy. It was yummy. Over all great comunication and service I recommmend them and i would use them again :)

I was hesitant at first to allow baba ghannouj to be the caterer for my daughters 3 day wedding. I am a person who is not easily pleased, but I must say this is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It wasn’t just the food that tasted heavenly it was the hard work and effort put into presenting and arranging the food at the venue. My guests told me it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten, and no doubt it was! Kaid from baba ghannouj is the best person to work with. He is by far the best caterer in the area. He is professional, flexible, and a hard worker. Kaid went above and beyond to make my daughters wedding one to remember and he will make your event one to remember too!

baba ghannouj, catered my daughter's engagement party at the Hilton, north Raleigh. last August, it was a very easy experience. Kaid the owner I guess, would work with you just as it is his own party. it was exactly how we wanted everything done. What really surprised me, they are a Mediterranean restaurant, but they catered for us with American cuisine. their lemon chicken and roast beef were above average. great food :)

my pricing is based on me to keep quality and service where it should be specially if it is formal

I normally try to ask questions about there catering and their expectations. what they like and what they don't like. basically trying as much I can to get to know them more on a personal level which I believe can help me better understand and dilever
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2006. I always love to cook and see people loving the food. so I decided to open babaghannoujbuffet.com in 2006.😀
