What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is fixed-fee for all packages. I do require a non-refundable 25% deposit and I also offer monthly payment options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always encourage an initial consultation (no cost-no obligation). It's preferred face to face but in today's environment our client are often times at a distance. This allows us to ensure we're both a good fit. We guide each client through a well thought out process to a FABULOUS event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and completed a Wedding Professionals course to become your next Wedding Professional.
