- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections and job scoping are free. Pricing is determined by the scope of work needed. The extent of the water damage or mold remediation that is needed will determine the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with customers by appointments and on-call for emergency restoration needs. Inspections are free and we handle insurance work and self pay projects. Call to set an inspection!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC trained for water/fire/smoke/order/mold remediation projects. We perform indoor air quality testing for microbial growth and do mitigation.
