Beyond horrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Had multiple cancellations. Two “crews” showed up with a push mower in the trunk of a car. Crews are not vetted at all. Customer service won’t call you back. After weeks of reschedules, tried to charge me more than 3x the quoted amount because my grass had gotten tall waiting on service. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
