- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not a licensed contractor so my prices are reasonable and flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact, initial questions answered, and offer made over media, then an in person meeting to observe the work area and gather more specific details about clients desired finished product. After, hopefully agreeing on a price and start date. Finally, the job started to finished and clean up. Payment can be given during or after work performed to your satisfaction. Although larger jobs may require a portion of cost to be pay early to offset labor/help when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Son of a carpenter and have experience in a number of areas of the home. like plumbing, painting, gutter maintenance, lighting, doors and windows, siding, and rot repair. I have also worked in framing, stone masonry, and roofing.
