- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the time and attention needed to do a deep clean. We clean baseboards, windowsills, doors, hardware, walls, lighting fixtures, cabinets in and out, over/under and behind appliances, etc....those things that don't get normally cleaned and take more time and muscle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, prior to quoting a job, we inspect the home using a checklist to survey each room for custom cleaning and current level of cleanliness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My obsessive-compulsive nature makes for a thorough and detailed cleaning!
