FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Social Media Marketing Pricing: We offer a FREE audit of clients social media pages and then after that assessment and a discussion we offer 3 packages... Package 1. We get your pages either up and running or we make the necessary changes to get them performing the way they should. We teach you how to manage the pages yourself and how to advertise directly on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and we also offer a day of filming to get you started with original content for an additional fee. Package 2. We manage all your platforms for a monthly fee. Posting, engaging with followers and promoting content as you see fit. Package 3. This package is the same as package 2 but we schedule in regular original video content for all platforms and your website. Video Production Pricing: We have a day rate for commercial that includes a day of pre-production meeting with you to understand all of your needs and goals for the project, a day of filming and then editing with 2 revision rounds. For multi-day shoots and narrative projects there are lots of factors that attribute to pricing so we usually work with a client to present options of what we can do within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is extensively research any new customer before our first meeting or conversation. When we do contact the potential customer we come with a handful of ideas on ways we can help grow their business through social media and video. After the discussion or meeting we send proposals to the client on ways we think we can help them and stay within their budget. Then we get to work creating content that will help our clients stand out from their competitors.
