- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings start at 750 for a 3 hour elopement package and goes up based on number of hours, number of photographers and products desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive an inquiry the first thing I do is a little happy dance that someone is in love. Then I give a call or drop by an email whichever way they prefer to connect. If we both feel that we may want me to photography your event we will meet in person (generally over coffee and some high calorie goodness) and see if our personalities click and chat about your story and what you're looking for. When you're ready to book me we sign your contract so your date is locked in and start talking about all of the exciting details!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your wedding photographer is the vendor who you will spend the most time with in your wedding day. You will feel the images you create together for the rest of your life. You want to be sure it's someone who really cares about you and will provide you with peace of mind that they'll take care of you.
