What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is made to set up an appointment to meet the customer to go over the project. I would then either get a copy of any layout, plans etc or create sketches and take measurements so that a plan can be created. A meeting is set with the customer once the quote is complete to go over the quote and any drawings, photos or layouts created.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised in the remodeling industry working in my Fathers remodeling company which specialized in Kitchen and Bath renovations and have been doing it my whole life. I have used the cabinet design software, 2020, since about 1990 and have worked for several custom cabinet companies as a Sale Representative.
