- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 30-minute first meeting consultation as I believe it is imperative for the client and therapist to have a connection in order to work well together. 1 Hour Counseling/Psychotherapy Session = $75 (Purchase 4 Sessions in advance = $250, a savings of $50!) 1.5 Hour Hypnotherapy Session = $120 (Purchase 4 Sessions in advance = $430, a savings of $50!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I complete an in-depth interview to see what the client's needs are and whether to begin with Counseling or if they would benefit from and agree to Hypnotherapy. After establishing whether the client would benefit from the services I offer, I answer any questions they have about the therapeutic process and we proceed with a session once they are ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my Master's Degree in Social Work at Boise State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am also certified as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist by the Wellness Institute. I have worked as a Counselor and Hospice Social Worker for 20 years. I moved to the Boise area almost 9 years ago.
