FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Delivery fee's are on the service area page of website.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The number one piece of advice is not to look at price but how long has the rental company been in business and are they insured, really insured. Many are only insuring a couple units because of cost. Contact the carrier. Look for the company that works with local schools. Stay away from Craigslist.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Who do you want coming to your home? Does the business have a phone number, website, Facebook Page, or Instagram ext? Is my yard large enough? Is my gate large enough? Are there overhead power lines? Call and talk to the rental company. Do you feel comfortable with the person on the phone? The only way I book an inflatable is to talk to you personally. I do not book any event with personal interaction. The cheapest price isn't always the best deal!!
