Mike is very professional. He takes the time to troubleshoot a problem and do the right fix, instead of the simple expensive full replacement most other HVAC companies try.

I could always count on Mike to get a job done for me quickly and professionally whenever I call. The latest was I needed him to uninstall my Mitsubishi units since they were residing my house. He managed to get there just before they started and uninstall and then come back a few days later when they finished the area and reinstall the units As usual everything works fine and the cost was inexpensive.

Michael is in my phone book understand “Excellent Mike”. The first time I texted him about a problem he schooled me successfully how to fix it myself. He has since helped me perfectly heat & cool my restaurant & fixed the central air units on my residential floors always efficiently and quickly. I’ve had a tenant say their unit is broken and needs replacing and asked Mike for a 2nd opinion after their AC guy quoted 3500 to replace. He looked at it, switched a few cables & it stared to purr like a cat. He’s a great engineer & problem solver.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering that is a Licensed Professional Engineering with a Master HVAC Contractor License.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start my career as an mechanical engineer just designing HVAC. People asked me if I can install also and would do a few jobs here and there. Now after 9 years I'm a full design and build HVAC company that also offers engineering services.
