FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is an old saying that rings true. It is "good labor ain't cheap, and cheap labor ain't good" We get what we pay for and I pride myself on providing exceptional quality and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just like to listen. If I can get the client to talk about what they think they can afford and especially what they would want done if money was no issue, then perhaps I can design a plan that really gives them what they want and fits into their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am lead safe certified, Osha 10 safe certified and have over twenty years of experience professionally. Coming up in the trades I've worked as a framing carpenter, a finish carpenter, a Cabinet builder, a Cabinet installer, a lead carpenter, a foreman, project manager and now as a owner.
