The job was the removal of a junk recliner from my brother's apartment. When I posted on Thumbtack for junk removal, Dave at DG Lawn Care and Snow Removal responded within less an 30 minutes. He took further information from and gave me an excellent quote for the job. His quote took into account that it was only one piece of furniture. Dave gave me the option, of both weekdays or a weekend day for his doing the job. He was tolerant of a delay, on my part, in scheduling him around a delivery of a new piece of furniture. He was also prompt in responding to my messages, left by email for him. On the day of the delivery, Dave was prompt in arriving at my brother's home; he called before arriving and was quick and considerate in removing the recliner. My brother had only good things to say about his contact with Dave's business, and stated that he would call Dave again for any similar job in the future. Both of us would not hesitate to recommend DG Lawn Care & Snow Removal for removing junk from your home. The owner is prompt, polite, reasonable and interested in doing the best job possible.
