We specialize in loading/unloading trucks from 10-26ft, 8-16ft PODS or even ABF/Old Dominion trailers and also piano moves of any size! I assumed the movers were arriving with a van. It was a pick up truck. They had to make 2 trips which aggravated me. I didn't get a copy of my receipt for which I texted them about it, still waiting for a reply. I was unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was 'full'! Very disappointed!

Hello alias! Despite the miscommunication you were given an hour for free (which was not needed as the job went 2 hours as planned). Receipt was sent both via email and text for records. When job was being booked, you stated furniture was being moved, not transported thus causing confusion with the arrival. We made due and an extra man was also brought on as well. It was a total of 3 trips of all heavy furniture stacked high onto the back of our personal pickup truck. Thanks! We completed your load/unload in a great time. Not to certain of your confusion. We offer the most affordable pricing in the area! Rest assured when you choose A Plus Moving LLC, you are getting a great team of friendly, professional movers ready to get the job done in a quick & efficient manner!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and set up your move details and follow that up the day before the move. Once we arrive we begin a walk through of your home and give an estimate based on the amount of time it will take as well as what you would need such as, additional padding, shrink wrap, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 8 years experience in Load/Unload moves as well as piano & hot tub moving!
