Our program leads to a healthier and happier life for our clients. Once basic functionality is established our mission is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We understand that losing weight, overcoming an illness, rehabilitation from a surgery, gaining muscle and growing through life can be challenging. Regardless of your mind and body goals we will help you achieve them all. We analyze your body type, BMI, metabolism, functionality physical and mental to create your individualized mind and body fitness plan. What we enjoy most is helping clients lead a more Physically and Mentally satisfying life. Nurturing clients to become the best they can possibly be by helping them overcome hurdles and reach their goals is our number one priority. Personal Training Services: In home Personal Training Packages: 12 sessions $75 per session. 24 sessions $ 70 per session. 36 sessions $65 per session. Additional $5 dollars per mile for travel. In person limited to Suffolk and Nassau County, any farther must be online. Online Sessions: $75, $70, $65, from 12 to 36 sessions. Prescribed Training programs, client does on their own with our support: from 2 to 5 sessions per week, with 1 weekly 15 min check-ins $300 per month. Life and business coach packages online: $75, $70, $65 per session from 12 to 36 sessions. Plus, taxes and fees. All programs above come with our Training, Nutrition and Wellness App. Includes clients training program installed to use and track each workout, body profile, health stats, dietary programs and or life coach materials and check ins. ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE: 1- Base full body assessment. 2- One basic life coach session. 3- Monthly body measurements, weight, fat composition and body assessment. 4- Full training programs changed every 4 to 8 weeks. 5- 24/7 messaging App for questions and concerns. 6- Full flexibility Program. 7- Full body function program. 8- Full strength program. 9- Full cardiovascular program 10- Full tailored diet and nutrition program.

I have been working with Kyle for 2-3 weeks and it has been going great. I never trained with a personal trainer before but Kyle made me feel very comfortable and he is very patient. I am learning so much he put me on a diet plan and checks in regular with me. I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend Kyle from Spartan Fitness.

I am a 65 year old male who has never worked out in my life. After being told by my doctor that she wanted me to exercise I tried it on my own it didn’t work out well. So I decided to fine a trainer which I did at Spartan. Kyle’ s patience and understanding has enable me to accept training challenges every time I attend a cessation. Kyle makes exercise fun.
