I hired Shad to renovate a condo apartment and the final result was mindblowing. From flooring, electric, painting, kitchen updating to plumbing, Shad is a one stop contractor with a team of highly skilled contractors. He went above and beyond initial scope, provided accurate timing and explained thoroughly every part of the job. I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past but I never experienced such professionalism as I did when I used Shad's contracting. The quality of his was also out amazing, very knowledgeable.

He totally repaired and refurbished my house after a fire. He finished on a timely basis, under the estimated time, the complete job. He delivered over and above my expectation considering that I had outstanding violations at the house from my five-year inspection. His estimate and price was also fair cause he was considerate of my pocketbook. Wherever he could save me money we worked together to control costs. I am happy!
