- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I choose not to have a standard pricing system. I say this because every job is different and I also like to know the budget of my future customers so I can properly price a job that will fit the needs of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to customers and set up an estimate. That gives me time to properly assess the move and give the best price possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation mover, I have over 10 years experience. I have been taught by my family and drivers amongst all nationwide van lines.
