Brandon answered my first call and set up an appointment for the same day to look at my property. It’s an antique farmhouse from 1840. Plenty of places for mice to get in. He evaluated the mouse infestation and told me exactly what needed to be done. He gave me a very reasonable price. He offered to put out traps and to begin the work later the same day, which he did. He returned on Monday to secure the perimeter as promised. Very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Highly recommended. Doug BrownMar 30, 2018Brandon S.'s reply
Thank You for the great review Doug! These older places can be difficult but not impossible. They keep me on my toes.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depending on the severity of the problem and your expectations. If price is your sole concern I may not be the right guy for you. My pricing will always be competitive and more importantly fair to both of us. I won't sell myself short nor would I feel comfortable with leave someone feeling like they didn't get what they paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? They need to know there is no magic spray that just ends all issues overnight. Sometimes the problem has been years in the making. Also I hate salesmen. It's not as profitable but I value a good referral to the dollar and you're never obligated to sign up for anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 10 years experience in the field and I have my Commercial Certification specifically for Structural Pest (Termites, Carpenter Ants, Wood Destroying Insects) from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts which requires ongoing educational credit hours to maintain.
