I am not sure what she cleaned the bathroom mirror with, but it is so foggy you can't even see yourself! Unfortunately I had to leave and she did not clean the whole house. I have had people clean before but none were this bad, there were many areas not cleaned, would not recommend. Isn't it standard to empty the garbage cans? Clean the leaves off the floor from a plant? Wash the spots off the floor? Also asked her to use the steam cleaner for floors, which she did not do. Audrey is a nice girl, but she needs to learn how to clean. In response to your response, I know you are probably mad, but it is what it is. You are welcome to come and look and I can point out the dirty mirror, plant droppings, bathroom garbage full, etc.

no mama I'm not mad at all it's a learning experience I will learn next time to bring all my equipment even when told they will be available and ask questions before my clients leave to make sure my job is finished correctly. I have a lot of clients who are happy with my work one bad rating will not get me down. God bless

Shes is polite and great she cleans multiple homes for me on a weekly basis. If I need her she makes herself available. She even does the laundry for my vacation villas.
