FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to figure out what is a fair price, for both the costumer, and myself, which is always liked. I already own my equipment, and do all of the work myself, so I have a small company with no overhead. This allows me to be able to deliver top quality work with a price families can afford in these tough economic times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them about what it is they are in need of, and then go over our options on products that can be used. From there we make final decisions on what will be done, and set up the time to have me take care of whatever is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Smith Vocational in Northampton Ma, 95-99, for Carpentry and Painting. I started painting professionally when I was 16, and have been mastering my craft for the last 20 years, with a three year break, to focus on the carpentry side to sharpen those skills. I have been focusing on starting my own bussiness for the last 2 years and "Setting the new standard" in my local painting community.
