Jeff Brown is a fantastic trainer and chef! I have been working with him 3xs per week for 4 weeks and have already lost 7 pounds. His approach to fitness and nutrition is absolutely motivating and realistic. He initially took the time to listen and understand my fitness goals and put together a fitness program/nutrition plan that is fun and easy to follow. He is also a fantastic chef and prepares nutritious and delicious meals for myself and my family weekly. I am looking forward to Jeff working with my kids this summer as well. I have completed a year training with Sam, it was so wonderful, I could be gained with good health habits, and when I went back to my notice everyone improved my fitness .. really is a personal trainer sincere

I worked for 6 months with wild fitness for personal training and a Nutrinalist. I met my goals in two months and improved my level of fitness and fitness knowledge beyond my expectations. Sam is a great trainer for all levels and meets her clients where they are at and pushes them to better theirselves. I recommend her all the time!

I've seen Sam for the past seven months for personal training. She is very knowledgeable and really pushes you! I used to hate working out and now it's my favorite part of the day. She also helped me understand the nutritional part of losing weight. My experience has been great and I recommend her to everyone.
