We had a wonderful experience with Nation Capital Moving. The men arrived on time. They worked efficiently and carefully. They were done in a timely manner with no damage to our home or furniture. Our quote was based on inventory instead of hours and was adjusted on the morning of the move.

These guys are very professional. They always treated me honestly and respectfully. They have nice tools, trucks and personnel. They have excellent packaging to keep furniture intact and clean. Everything was loaded and unloaded with care. Nothing got lost during the whole move and that’s something that I highly value in a moving company. I’ll keep using them in the future.

Nation Capital Moving was a very prompt & professional mover! They arrived on time, asked questions pertaining to the move and went right to work. They handled my furniture as if it were their own. The price was exactly what was quoted on the phone, and I was given the option of adding/subtracting things to get price where I needed to be. I added pieces, and was given a very fair amount. When they moved my furniture into my new house, they asked me where I wanted each item, and even put together the beds and dresser. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a large antique desk moved from the basement to the second floor. Friendly, considerate, cautious and quick. Also, very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.

They were so good; I even had my elderly parents hire them for their move from their home into a condo. My father is so picky and he was even impressed! Great price, great movers and very helpful phone staff. There is a reason that people hire local movers because you get a family owned business of people who care. You can't go wrong with this business for your next move!
