- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IJTS does not have a standard pricing system. Each project is priced separately opposed to hourly simply because when organizing, part of the process includes thinking, processing, discussions, and possibly shopping. I do not charge for these parts of the organizing process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The organization process begins with a free consultation, either at the client's home, via FaceTime, Skype, telephonically, or with pictures shared by the client. The second step is to discuss options and finalize a plan. The third step includes a written agreement regarding the discussed and agreed upon plan. The fourth step is for IJTS to get the job done. The fifth step is for the client to enjoy their new space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years experience in the fields of organizing, detailed cleaning and packing.
