- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will beat out the competition. We want to deliver our fantastic service at a reasonable price! We charge nothing for assembly and disassembly of furniture and carry no hidden charges. You'll know up front what the total is, every time, from the very beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk through will be performed and notes will be taken on all items so that we can put you first and make sure that your move is handled efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally been in the business for over twenty years. I also make sure that every worker is trained thoroughly to continue to deliver on our amazing service.
