- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of right now. We are excited to offer great discounts so we can build our trust on thumbtack. We are always here to answer your questions about fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customer where and when they plan on moving. Any items that aren't going with them. We also ask if they may be any issues with the closing days (That way we can have a back up plan for them) Then we talk about a price and how long it will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always training the guys on current and past moving situations.
