- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we have a general jumping off point for our packages, each event is so different from the next- so we try to curate the best option for each couple!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we always like to talk over facetime, or meet for happy hour/coffee! There are so many photographers out there and we want to make sure that we both feel like we're good fits! We're not the right photographers for every couple, and every couple isn't the right client for us! After we figure out if we vibe and have a similar vision we plan out an engagement session and pass along along of our tips and tricks for amazing photo sessions and seamless wedding photos!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are self taught and attend numerous workshops throughout the year to keep our skills sharp and learn new things!
