Best. Trainer. Ever. I’ve been overweight my whole life and have attempted almost every way of losing it but nothing worked and kept off the weight. I felt like a lost cause. On a whim, I reached out to Adam in hopes of changing my lifestyle. The only regret I have is not finding him sooner. He’s supportive, knowledgeable, and your biggest fan. I’ve only been going since January but I’m down nearly 50 pounds and feel SO MUCH better. I still have a long way to go to hit my goal but I know this time I’ve lost the weight for good and on my way to a much healthier life. If you have any doubts about giving him a try, don’t. Just do it!May 6, 2018Verified
Adam is great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Is he highly recommended even if his volleyball skills need some work.Jul 8, 2017Verified
